Maritime Montering Announces Key Corporate Restructuring and New CFO Appointment
Maritime Montering is pleased to announce a significant milestone in the Group’s evolution. As part of an ongoing commitment to innovation and excellence, the Maritime Montering Group has recently undertaken a reorganization of its corporate structure. As part of this reorganization, Monica Tennøy is appointed as the group’s new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This is a newly created position designed to strengthen Maritime Montering’s financial oversight and strategic financial planning. “As we continue to grow, the reorganizing is a proactive step towards ensuring that Maritime Montering remains agile and responsive to the dynamic market landscape.”, says Daniel Garden, Group CEO at Maritime Montering, “At this new stage, we are delighted to welcome Monica as our new CFO. Her vast experience and a proven track record will be instrumental in driving our financial strategy and supporting our mission to deliver exceptional value to our customers and stakeholders.” Monica Tennøy comes from the similar position of CFO at R&M Ship Interior in Norway and holds an MA in Informatics and Economics from Molde University College. For many years she has overseen business financial activities both in the national and international markets. In this new role, she will oversee all financial activities of Maritime Montering worldwide including strategic financial planning and analysis, accounting, tax, treasury, capital Management, M&A, ESG, stakeholder management and execution of overall financial strategies.
