Project Manager, MM Poland

We are looking for a Project Manager for our service segment

Are you a hands-on project manager who likes technical challenges?

At Maritime Montering Poland, you will be responsible for the daily follow-up of our customers and operators/fitters in the field, while ensuring efficient operations and high quality of work. We specialize in offering various services, including insulation work, furnishing, wet units and much more for ships and shipyards. As our new Project Manager you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our company in the Polish market.

Project Manager`s duties:

Responsible for planning and coordination of fitter/interior team dedicated to service
Staffing and planning of projects
Ensure efficient operation and progress in ongoing projects
Customer and supplier contact and follow-up of service assignments
Assist with technical guidance and problem solving
Close operational follow-up
Ensure that all assignments are carried out in accordance with applicable regulations and standards
Monitor and report financial progress on projects.

Key qualifications:

Technical school, but relevant experience can compensate for a lack of formal education
Experience from similar roles, project management or team management is an advantage
Good communication and collaboration skills
Structured and solution-oriented with an eye for detail
Good English skills, both written and oral
Category B driver’s license
Preferable forklift certificate
