About the Role

As a Foreman in Maritime Montering , you will play a crucial role in overseeing the installation of ship interiors. You will lead and motivate a team of operators and fitters, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, safely, and with the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the production and assembly of ship interiors, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
Plan daily work tasks and allocate resources for optimal project execution.
Lead and support operators/fitters, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
Participate in construction meetings, report progress, and propose efficiency improvements.
Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
Collaborate with project managers and other departments to ensure seamless project execution.

Your Qualifications

Relevant vocational certificate (carpenter, joiner, ship fitter, or similar). Extensive experience can compensate for a lack of formal education.
Proven experience as a Foreman or Supervisor, ideally in ship interiors or the maritime sector.
Strong understanding of technical drawings and documentation.
Preferably, experience with CAD software.
Hands-on experience with ship interior installations, materials, and tools.
Strong communication skills in English (Polish and Norwegian language skills are an advantage).
Organized, solution-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
